April fool day prank from “Youtube”

I was browsing videos on Youtube.com and accidentally found in the video resolution menu a new video format “TEXTp”. At the bottom of the video window there is a note saying that users choosing this resolution save Youtube’s money spent for bandwidth by $1 by second.
Google and eBay are demanding new internet privacy rules
